This notice describes how YUKKAS TOV handles the personal information you provide when you contact us through this website. It is written in plain English and covers only what we actually do.

What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form on our Contact page, we receive the name, optional company name, email address, project-type selection, and the message text you provide. That is the full set of personal information we collect through this website.
Why we collect it
We use the information you provide for one purpose only: to reply to your enquiry and, if the enquiry develops into a project, to maintain the contract correspondence required to deliver that project. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact our business, and, where a contract is formed, the performance of that contract.
Who sees it
Enquiry-form submissions are read by the project director and the studio inbox at office@yukkas.site. We do not share enquiry data with third parties. We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not pass enquiry details to advertising networks.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as is needed to respond to you and, where the enquiry becomes a contract, for the duration of that contract plus the retention period required by Ukrainian commercial and tax law. Where an enquiry does not develop into a contract, we retain the correspondence for up to twelve months and then delete it.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not run third-party analytics, does not embed advertising trackers, and does not place marketing cookies. The site uses only the strictly-required browser storage needed to display pages correctly. There is no consent banner because there is nothing optional to consent to.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop processing it. Send the request to office@yukkas.site and we will respond within thirty days.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle enquiry data, we will update this page and the “last updated” date at the top. Material changes are also noted in the next email reply we send to anyone whose enquiry is still open at the time of the change.
