We are a Kyiv construction firm. We pour foundations, raise walls, run risers, hang doors, and hand over keys. From residential blocks in Dniprovskyi to civic refurbishment in Pecherskyi, every project is delivered by the same team that bid it.

MEP Installation
Mechanical, electrical and plumbing installation. Water mains, heating risers, ventilation and air-conditioning — co-ordinated with the building programme rather than bolted on afterwards.

Specialist Works
Targeted specialist construction-assembly packages: structural strengthening, screeding, dry-lining, lift shaft preparation and other trades that sit outside standard scopes.

Project Delivery
Programme management, cost control, subcontractor co-ordination and progress reporting for clients who already hold a design and need someone to build it on time and on budget.

Clients deal with the same team from tender to handover.
